Anne-Claire AMPROU est l’Ambassadrice française en charge des questions de santé mondiale et,

depuis avril 2022, la négociatrice pour la France de l’accord international sur la prévention, la

préparation et la riposte face aux pandémies.

Après avoir commencé sa carrière comme Directrice d’hôpital, elle a rejoint l’Inspection générale des

affaires sociales. Elle a été membre de la task force Ebola et a été ensuite Directrice générale adjointe

de la santé au Ministère des solidarités et de la santé. Elle a coordonné la réponse à la crise de la

Covid-19 en 2021 après avoir dirigé Universcience, établissement culturel et scientifique.

Anne-Claire AMPROU is the French Ambassador for Global Health and, since April 2022, the French

negotiator of the international agreement on pandemic prevention, preparedness and response.

After starting her career as a hospital director, she joined the Inspectorate-General of Social Affairs.

She was a member of the Ebola task force and then Deputy Director General for Health at the French

Ministry of Solidarity and Health. Before coordinating the French response to the Covid-19 crisis in

2021, she was Chief General Manager of Universcience, a cultural and scientific institute.
